Since launching operations in February 2023, ZimTrust has positioned itself as a trusted partner in the recruitment and hospitality services industry, with a special focus on the cruise ship sector.

Trust Runesu is the CEO of ZimTrust Recruitment and Hospitality Services. He has more than 10 years in the Hospitality Services and has worked in Cruise ships for almost 6 years in different parts of the world.

Shoorai Runesu

Chief Executive Officer


Shoorai Runesu is one of the CEO's of the company as well as as the overall administrator. She is a professional person who oversees operations across the organization’s office. Also responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, appointments and directing various administrative projects.

Innocent Chirombe

Recruiting and Training Specialist

Innocent Chirombe has recruiting and training expertise. He worked in Dubai in the hospitality fraternity for several years. His main responsibility is to evaluate employees' skills and performance quality. Identify areas in employees' skills that require improvement. Organize training sessions specific to various roles in companies. Ensure that new staff members receive appropriate introductory training.
